Terms of booking

What we do

ClearFare searches airline fares through licensed distribution providers and, on your instruction, creates a booking with the airline. Your contract of carriage is with the airline; its conditions of carriage and fare rules apply.

Prices

The airfare (including taxes) is set by the airline and re-checked live before payment. Our service fee is shown separately before you pay. If the airline changes the price, we ask you to accept the new total — we never charge more silently.

Payment

Your card is authorised at checkout and charged when the airline accepts the booking. If the booking cannot be confirmed, the authorisation is released.

Booking vs ticket

A booking reference (PNR) confirms a reservation. Your e-ticket is valid once the airline issues a ticket number. We show “Ticket issued” only after that.

Changes and refunds

Changes and refunds follow the airline fare rules shown before purchase. Non-refundable fares are not refunded by us. Our service fee is non-refundable unless the booking failed.

Check-in

We do not issue boarding passes. Check in with the airline.

Test mode

Bookings made in TEST / SANDBOX mode are not valid for travel.
