Flight delayed or cancelled?

Up to €600
per passenger.

Under EU Regulation 261/2004 airlines owe you cash for long delays, cancellations and denied boarding — even on cheap tickets. Check in 20 seconds, then let a claims service chase the airline for you.

Let experts chase the airline

Claims services check your flight, deal with the airline and go to court if needed. They work on a no-win, no-fee basis and keep a share of the compensation when they win.

The rules, simply
  • €250 for flights up to 1,500 km, €400 for 1,500–3,500 km, €600 over 3,500 km.
  • Delay counts at arrival (doors open), and must be 3 hours or more.
  • Flights over 3,500 km arriving 3–4 h late may be reduced by 50%.
  • Not due for “extraordinary circumstances” such as severe weather or security threats — airline staff shortages and technical faults usually still count.
  • Keep your booking reference and boarding pass; claims can often be made years later.
Does it apply to low-cost airlines?

Yes — the regulation covers every airline on flights departing an EU/EEA airport, and EU airlines flying into the EU.

What about meals and hotels while I wait?

For long delays the airline must also give care: meals, refreshments and, if needed overnight, a hotel and transfers — on top of any compensation.
